4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

5.1 Your data is stored on servers operated by us or our cloud providers. Some of our service providers may process data outside India; where that happens, we transfer data only to jurisdictions permitted under applicable law and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
5.2 We use reasonable security practices and procedures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted administrative access, in line with the requirements applicable to a body corporate handling personal data.
5.3 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
6. Data Retention
6.1 We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
6.2 After you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to comply with law - for example transaction, tax and GST records, which are retained for the statutory period (generally up to eight years) - or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
